Dawn York, Cape Fear River Partnership Coordinator, and Jeff Crump, Senior Water Resource Engineer, provided an update on Partnership efforts and modeling analyses for fish passage alternatives at Lock and Dam 3 to the Upper Cape Fear River Basin Association on July 28.
